Returns & Exchanges
We do hope you are 100% happy with your new WeAreNativ purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase – that’s 30 days from delivery of the package to you, including the date we receive your return.
The product must be received by us at WAN HQ in original condition – e.g. worn, washed or otherwise used products unfortunately will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags intact.
We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a full description of your issue, including pictures of the problem if possible, and we will respond ASAP with a resolution.
Items that have been purchased from international destinations (other than on UK soil) will be accepted under the conditions outlined above, but please keep in mind that we will need to receive your return before the 30 day deadline.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.
We usually do not offer direct exchanges, if you wish to exchange an item, the best way is to follow the return process below for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s). However, we may be able to help with an exchange depending on your location (if you’re in London or Bali we can help) - please email us to enquire - email@example.com
Instructions for Sending Your Return to WeAreNativ
1. Send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org - please include your order number
2. Note the item(s) and reason you would like to return
3. We will send you an email with instructions on how to return your item
4. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt for your return to be processed & refund issued - you will receive a notification when your order has been refunded
