FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £200 (roughly $253 USD / €241 EUR)

For all orders under this amount, delivery costs are below:

UK - £5

Europe - £10

USA - £12

Rest of the world - £22

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Usually orders are dispatched from the UK within 48 hours of your purchase. If this falls on a weekend or UK public holiday, your package will be shipped the following working day. 

If you are located in the UK or Europe, your package will usually arrive the day after it has been dispatched.

If you are located outside of the UK and Europe, your package may take up to 3 working days to arrive. You will receive a tracking link via email so you can keep your eye on the progress of your package.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time - we work with the best suppliers to ensure a quick delivery but we unfortunately don’t have any sway with the local customs authorities in the destination country. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email including the name of the carrier and a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking information, you can email us at hello@wearenativ.com.

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.

Unfortunately, we cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied when placing your order.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

At the moment, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes outside of the UK. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery and your local authority will be in touch with you separately to organise payment.

Please be aware that WeAreNativ does not take responsibility or have control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being delivered to.

We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country etc. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by WeAreNativ, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.


WILL I HAVE TO COVER ANY RETURN RELATED COSTS?

Yes unfortunately, at the moment, we don’t cover returns. All costs related to return postage must be covered by the customer. Please see our Returns page for more info on how to return your order.
